Initiate Your Request
Log into your account dashboard and select the 'Order History' section to submit a return request for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items back into their original shipping box along with the printed return authorization form and a copy of your purchase invoice.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
